Change Control (ITILv3):    A limited Change Management process. Change Control typically includes approval of Changes after they have been planned and designed, but does not manage the whole Lifecycle.

Change Control (ITILv2):    The procedures to ensure that all Changes are controlled, including the submission, recording, analysis, decision making, approval, implementation and post-implementation review of the the Change.
